Study On Method And Application Of Regional Industrial Solid Waste Circular Economy Mode

Industry production discharged a number of solid wastes to the nature, and polluted the environment and broke the ecological equilibrium. The root of the phenomena is the lack of the decomposer which can break down the solid waste produced. In order to solve the problem, industrial solid waste must be disposed properly. With the deepen of Man's understanding on sustainability, solid wastes utilization becomes the common consensus of the world, which can both reduce the environment stress and excavate the storage quantity of resources. The key of utilize industrial solid waste is to design proper mode, but the present methodology study on mode is still in development, and can not direct the practice. So, the research selects "Method of Design Regional Industrial Solid Waste Circular Economy Mode" as main contents. The method of mode design includes 5 parts: present industrial system investigation, the system analysis, the technology integration, coordinating industry integration and mode construction. Many qualitative and quantitative instruments are implemented in the mode design method, such as eco-industry method, material flow analysis, optimize modelling. Then, the method proposed is applied to Shandong Weifang Binhai Economic Development Area, which is a national eco-industry park focusing on oceanic chemical industry, to establish industrial solid waste circular economy mode of Binhai Economic Development Area. After systemic analysis, bittern and caustic sludge are identified as priority control wastes, and caustic sludge is taken as an example to use Multi-objective and Multilevel Fuzzy Optimization Model to select preferential ones from 5 plans. Solid waste reduction mode and harmlessness mode are also considered in circular economy mode.The paper proposed the method of design regional industrial solid waste circular economy mode, which can provide methodology support on industrial solid waste utilization practice. The application of the method can help Shandong Weifang Binhai Economic Development Area optimize solid waste utilizing routes, enhance solid waste utilizing ratio, and enhance stability of eco-industry system.
