As the population growth and energy consumption acceleration, resources-energy shortage and environmental pollution has already become the restrictive factors on global economic and social sustainable development, and related to the vital interests, existence and development of the national. However, waste electromechanical products have a lot of potential resources, so how to use these resources reasonably and efficiently and make them the force of China's economic development and environment protection is a big problem which needs to be solved. Under this background, the development of waste electromechanical products recycling industrial park which is based on circular economy theory can solve the current problems and improve the resource recovery rate, make waste electromechanical recycle achieve industrialization scale and relieve the contradiction among the economic, resources and environment.Through intensive study on Ningbo regeneration metal resources processing zone, this paper was based on circular economy theory to construct development mode of waste electromechanical products recycling industrial park, and it made the following results.(1) The main problems in Ningbo park were pointed out based on the analysis of the current situation in waste electromechanical products recycling industrial park.(2) This paper did circular economy design on enterprises and industrial park, thereby improved the industrial park development mode, and promoted circular economy development of waste electromechanical products recycling industry.(3) Effective management system and green logistics management system of waste electromechanical products recycling industrial park were put forward in this paper.(4) The evaluation indexes and calculation methods of industrial park circular economy design were proposed.
