Agriculture, industry and daily life discharged a number of solid wastes to the nature, and polluted the environment and broke the ecological equilibrium. The root of the phenomena is the lack of the decomposer which can break down the solid waste produced. In order to solve the problem, solid waste must be disposed properly. With the deepen of Man's understanding on sustainability, solid wastes utilization becomes the common consensus of the world, which can both reduce the environment stress and excavate the storage quantity of resources. The key of utilize solid waste is to design proper mode, but the present methodology study on mode is still in development, and can not direct the practice. So, the research selects "Method of Design Regional Industrial Solid Waste Circular Chain" as main contents. The method design includes 4 parts: present industrial system investigation, investigation and analysis of solid waste status, establishing frame of index system, method of establishing regional solid waste circular chain. Many qualitative and quantitative instruments are implemented in the mode design method, such as eco-industry method, material flow analysis, optimize modelling. Then, the method proposed is applied to . Yantai Economic Technological Development Zone and Solid waste reduction mode and harmlessness mode are also considered in circular economy mode. And ragional solid waste circular chain method of Yantai Economic Technological Development Zone is establishsdThe paper proposed the method of design regional solid waste circular chain, which can provide methodology support on solid waste utilization practice. The application of the method can help Yantai Economic Technological Development Zone optimize solid waste utilizing routes, enhance solid waste utilizing ratio, and enhance stability of eco-industry system.
