The Case Study Of Cleaner Production Auditing In Chemical Industry

The chemical industry have played a very important role in the development of the economy and the advance of the society, however, it is very dangerous to the human healthy and the environment. As a result, the sustainable development of the chemical industry has to be a focus of the society. As a whole process strategy of the pollution prevention, the cleaner production is an inevitable option and the best way for industrial pollution control. It will play an important role for solving the conflict which between the rapid development of the chemical industry and the environmental protection. The development of the cleaner production of the chemical industry not only needs the human aspiration and the fund, but also needs the corresponding theory to supervise the practice.In this thesis, in order to exploring the best combination of the theory of cleaner production, the common program of cleaner production auditing and the process of chemical industry auditing, meanwhile, with the purpose of advancing the material operation keystone in the chemical industry auditing and achieving the best performance of auditing, the cleaner production auditing of the chemical industry have been studied on the base of case study. First of all, the chemical industry enterprise has explored the auditing practice study with the common auditing method. Then, on the foundation of analyzing the matter discovered in the process of auditing, the material cleaner production auditing method and operation key points which fit the chemical industry were advanced. Furthermore, the method and the key points have moved up to a theory level and enriched the methodology of chemical industry cleaner production auditing. The common program of cleaner production auditing has been reinforced and deepened, while the research of the cleaner production auditing theory has been developed. The methodology will provide guidance for the development of the cleaner production in the chemical enterprise and the important assistance for actualizing the cleaner production in the other industry.
