At the beginning of new century, with the corporate effort of Chinese people, our country successfully was authorized as the WTO member. For textile and rayon industry, being a member of WTO, is not only a fateful chance but also a huge challenge. The reason we treat it as a chance, is because, on one hand, the demand of viscose rayon yarn is in a booming tendency, and on the other hand, most of Japanese, European and American yarn makers shut down their production of viscose rayon yarn, which provide us a lot of market share. Even though textile industry is most preponderant compared with other Chinese industries, but those kind of preponderant characteristics are just low cost, low price and low added-value, which is rejected by EU and USA and conflicts with the conditions of WTO and even causes limitation from EU and US. So our textile companies must follow the way that improves the quality through working on the each part of the whole production process.As to our company, our fatal disadvantage is the high cost caused by the difference of territory, therefore, if we want to get the market shares, we should focus on the improvement of quality, increase the added-value, and make our product more various, so that our company will be more capable to occupy the market share.
