With the rapid development of the world economy,on the one hand,the market demand for non-renewable resources continues to expand,among which the mining industry as a representative of the non-renewable resources industry is developing rapidly.On the other hand,the development trend of economic globalization makes the competition between enterprises more and fiercer,and the global allocation of resources,market development and other business activities have become a normal state.The mining industry has the characteristics of high investment,high return and high risk,and its investment projects are in the millions and the first ten thousand.Once the project investment fails,enterprises will face huge losses and major setbacks.Therefore,how to strengthen the investment project management of mining enterprises,which advanced management mode and other project management issues have become widely concerned by various mining companies.Kyrgyzstan is rich in mineral resources.At present,only a small amount of mineral resources has been developed industrially,and the reserves and distribution of most of the mineral resources need to be further explored and studied.However,in the changing global market,international competition will become increasingly fierce.Kyrgyz mining enterprises are in urgent need of effective project management to meet the needs of the increasingly competitive international and domestic markets and seek opportunities and development in the face of challenges.Project management,as an important achievement of modern management,has been widely used in various industries such as construction,aerospace,communications and manufacturing,and is a powerful tool for companies to reduce operating costs,improve work efficiency,improve product quality and service level,and maintain competitive advantages.In this paper,the application of the theory and method of project management in Kumtor Gold Company,firstly analyzes thecompany's organization and management architecture,then according to the company's operating status quo analysis of the existing project management system from the content of the project,the project schedule,project cost,project quality,project personnel,project risk and integration and change seven aspects carries on the analysis and put forward the question,finally arrived at Kumtor Gold Company how to establish how the implementation of effective project management system effective Suggestions and measures are presented.
