This article analyzed the technologic status quo of PET and ECDP,pointed out that ECDP fiber can dye well in normal pressure with cationic dyestuff,and could be used to manufacture wool and carpet,etc. with nitrilon in wool spinning field. But not until this study that all the ECDP products in China was produced by batch polymerization and intermittent spinning process,the quality of this products is not good and dyeing is not stable .As the result, its application is being restricted. Because of the huge market demand, it is brought forward mainly to study continuous polymerizing-spinning technology for ECDP staple. Through the studies of synthesizy way,thermal stability,rheological behaviour,microcosmic structure,spinnability,etc. by a lot of little test,we explored the principle of additive proportion,melt rheological behaviour , additive preparing technology, additive appending position,additive appending occasion,additive technique,the technique on blending SIPE and BHET,ECDP polymerizing techniques,ECDP spinning techniques,all factors on the copolymer performance,ECDP dyeing,etc.and master the develop direction of copolymer polymerizing and spinning techniques. On the base of all above,the 1.67dtex,3.33dtex,5.00dtex hollow ECDP staple were produced in 4000t/a and 2000t/a batch polymerization and intermittent spinning assembly by the pilot industrialization,and the product was accepted by consumers。After a lot of little and pilot tests,it was the first time that the 3.33dtex,3.33dtex hollow,1.56dtex and 5.00dtex ECDP staple were successfully produced in 45t/d big continuous polymerizing-direct spinning assembly in the world,also the performance and dyeing stability of these products entirely exceed the same internal products,So these techniques are advanced in the world,providing new material for wool spinning field。...
