The Study Of Environmental Plan Of Ecological Barrier County

With the development of our country , more and more people realize that the environment is very important to us. The environmental plan is an effective way to protect our environment.This thesis was based on the task of The Environmental Plan of Bo Hai County which I had participated in. According to the various technical problems encountered in the practice and the resolution of the problem, this paper was achieved.During making the Environmental Plan of Bo Hai County ,we base on the feature of ecological barrier county and determine its object and index system of the environmental plan. We compare the foreign index system of ecological county and our city index system with the ecological barrier county's. Then we put forward the main content of environmental plan and condition investigation. Condition investigation is the basis of the whole plan. It includes investigation and evaluation of pollution source and circumstance. At the same time , basing on the Bo Hai Environmental Plan we conclude the procedure, the method and the technical route of the ecological barrier county's environmental plan. Its responsibilities are not only to study the theoretic basement and construction of environment plan for county towns, but also to discuss the demand for the goal, index system, environment functional division, process, technique course, main content and ultimate production, etc. It completes the system of environmental plan further more.The paper sums up the procedure, the method and the technical route of the ecological barrier county's environmental plan. There isn't a complete system of environmental plan of ecological barrier county in our country at present .Therefore, the index system and the environmental plan basing on the landscape ecology theory are the main creative points of this paper.
