Study On Rural Environmental Pollution Control Under The Background Of Ecological Civilization Construction

The construction of ecological civilization is an important part of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the rural area is an important area for the construction of ecological civilization.However,with the development of the social economy,the rural environmental problems are becoming more and more serious,affecting the sustainable development of the rural economy and the normal production and life of the farmers.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the management of the rural environment.Through the investigation of the eastern town of Hebei Province Ping County,rural environmental pollution problems mainly in the following aspects: first,from the perspective of the living environment,living garbage pollution and sewage discharge make the villagers living environment is seriously polluted,reduce the villagers' quality of life and level;two,from agricultural pollution in terms of the excessive use of pesticides and fertilizers and pesticide waste discarded is not conducive to the sustainable development of rural areas;three,emissions from the pollution of township enterprises,enterprises caused by air pollution and water pollution seriously affect the safety and health of the villagers.The factors behind the environmental pollution caused by the East Town so seriously more,but summed up the following main points: one is the weak awareness of environmental protection;two is a grass-roots organization and management level is low;the three is the traditional production mode of township enterprises backward;four is to ignore the society on Rural Environmental protection work.In order to promote the effective governance of rural environmental pollution,must be combined according to the present situation and reasons of rural environmental pollution problems,in the study of Marx and Engels main ideas about the construction of ecological civilization,combined with China's current policy on the construction of ecological civilization,strengthen the work from every aspect,enhance the governance capacity,namely:from the ideological understanding,raise the awareness of environmental protection;from the production life,change the way of development;from the enforcement,strengthen governance;from the aspect of culture,set up the measures of ecological civilization values is feasible,with the times,in order to effectively solve the problem of environmental pollution in rural areas.
