The Deisgn Of An Environment Monitoring System Based On Wireless Network

Environment protection has become a social problem for the emerging of new pollution resources resulting from the development of industrial technology. As a result, the sustainable development of environment protection is playing an essential part in the economic growth of a country.As traditional monitoring technology relying on cable network could not meet the need of the development of modern environment monitoring system. This thesis describes a new environment monitoring system based on wireless network with the project cooperation with Shanghai Precision and Scientific Instrument Corporation. A real-time environment managing will be available in this system for the data collected from field instruments can be transported to upper server system through GPRS or SMS Network instantly.The whole system consists of three parts, the client system, the transportation network and the server system.The client system in the field collects the data from instruments and transports them to the server.
