In recent years,the digital management of oilfield has become the mainstream trend of oilfield production management,and the realization of the unattended working mode of pumping units is an important part of the digital management of oilfield.Based on wireless sensor network technology and GPRS communication technology,the data parameters of pumping unit are collected by arranging sensor modules at each key node of pumping unit,and transmitted to local monitoring terminal of oilfield through ZigBee ad hoc network,and to remote monitoring center through GPRS remote communication.Finally,the working state parameters of pumping unit are collected.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of oilfield digital management and the research status of unmanned pumping unit.In view of the shortcomings of the current monitoring system and the development trend of intelligent oilfield Internet of Things,it is proposed to apply wireless sensor network technology and GPRS communication technology to the unmanned pumping unit monitoring system,so as to realize the functions of parameter acquisition,real-time monitoring and remote transmission.Through the analysis of actual production environment and WSN technology,ZigBee technology is selected to form a network,GPRS communication technology is connected to the remote monitoring center,and the local monitoring interface is designed.Secondly,the hardware part of the system is designed.CC2530 is selected as the ZigBee development module to complete parameter data acquisition and transmission.GTM900 C chip is selected and embedded SIM card as the GPRS remote communication module of the system.On this hardware platform,the supporting software is developed.According to the operation mechanism of Z-Stack protocol stack,the system networking is completed for each node,and the data acquisition and transmission are realized.Finally,the local monitoring terminal program is designed based on Visual C#development language and SQL Server database.The display,storage and query of working state parameters of pumping units and data transmission to remote monitoring center are realized.Functional tests of software and hardware of the system are carried out in laboratory environment to verify the feasibility of the system that status monitoring of pumping units based on wireless sensor network and GPRS.
