Study On Truck Production Dispatch System Of The Metal Open-pit Mine

In current situation, truck has become chief transporting equipment in open-pit mine. The economic benefits of metal mine enterprises is influenced by the production of transportation of trucks. It is valuable to study truck production dispatch system of the metal open-pit mine and to set up a model of truck production dispatch according to the actual conditions.The paper provides a new efficient means to truck production dispatch system.The concrete work of this paper chiefly possess the below respects:(1) This paper researches the theory of truck production dispatch system and analyzes the speciality of the system. The paper provides the theoretical foundation in order to solve problem of truck dispatch;(2) According to the actual conditions the the models of vehicle dispatch system and real-time dispatch system are made.They are used to instruct the vehicle dispatch;(3) The models are applied in molybdenum ore in SanDaoZhuang.The result of application and pluses and minuses of the models are analysed. The result is that the transport scheme utilizing the model is superior to the traditional one;(4) This paper adopts transport scheme as object of dispatch, adopts the model of real-time dispatch system as foundation and adopts GPS system as the method. SanDaoZhuang vehicle dispatcher's system is optimized.The application of the models achieve better result.Research and conclusions of the paper further enrich and perfect the theories and methods of open-pit mine truck optimizing dispatch decision. They have the important meaning in the theories and actual application.
