With the rapid development of cement,coal and non-ferrous metal industries in recent years,the waste of resources and environmental problems in China’s open-pit mining industry have become increasingly prominent.This paper develops an intelligent dispatching system for vehicles in open-pit mine.Uses vehicle terminals to collect vehicle information data and then transmit these information data sources through 4G/5G network in real time.Finally,real-time monitoring and intelligent dispatching of shoveling equipment and transportation vehicles are realized based on vehicle intelligent dispatching system software which is developed by ourselves.Two kind dual-band omni-directional antennas are designed by multi-branch loading technology and slit slotting technology in order to meet the high-speed and low-latency communication requirements of vehicle terminals.Vehicle intelligent dispatching system software has been developed by the front and back-end separation mode to realize the intelligent planning of vehicle operation paths.The main contents include:(1)A dual-band omni-directional dipole antenna was designed.Firstly,a single-frequency omnidirectional dipole antenna is designed based on the biconical antenna model.Then,the dual-frequency resonance point is introduced by loading symmetric L-shaped branches on both sides of the middle radiation patch.Finally,the expanded antenna bandwidth and the impedance matching performance are improved by opening L-shaped and rectangular slit in the middle radiation patch and gradient processing on both sides of the L-shaped branch tip.Test results show that S11less than-10d B is 2.12-2.80GHz and4.63-5.55GHz,with good omnidirectional radiation characteristics.(2)A dual-band omni-directional monopole antenna was designed.Firstly,a single-frequency omnidirectional monopole antenna is designed using a coplanar waveguide feed structure.Then,dual-frequency resonance is achieved by loading asymmetrically grounded rectangular radiating branches on the left and right sides of the feed line.At the last,the expanded antenna bandwidth and while improving the impedance matching performance are improved through opening cross-shaped slot in the rectangular radiation patch center and gradient processing in earth plate.Test results show that S11less than-10d B is 2.10-2.70GHz and 4.52-5.00GHz,with good omnidirectional radiation characteristics.(3)Vehicle intelligent dispatching system software was developed.The system software architecture was designed in layers and its functional modules were divided in detail.And then,the core code for the main functions was written based on the front and back-end separated development model.My SQL is selected and some key E-R diagrams and database tables are designed in detail.The optimal routes for vehicles operating in the open pit road network model is coded and solved by Dijkstra’s algorithm.(4)A test platform for vehicle intelligent dispatching system is built.The main functions of the vehicle terminal and system software were tested,and test results show that fully meet the design requirements.This system has been successfully deployed in an open pit mine in Chuzhou Anhui Province.This open pit mine has been awarded the first 5G smart digital mine in November2021 by Anhui Province.
