Behavioral Research Of Dynamics Of Continuous Miner

In this study, we have analyzed the kinematics and the stress of the continuous miner, and we have found out the fountainhead and Stimulate-force of the vibration generated by continuous miner. We have done a reasonable simplification and hypothesis to the stress of continuous miner based on its own structure, a mechanics model has been set up. Differential equation of continuous miner has been set up by Lagrange equation, and second order differential equation has been transformed to first order differential equation by the method of variable substitution for easy derivation. 12CM18 type continuous miner has been taken to be a carrier, and the established equation was used to emulate the vibration, we changed the quality, rigidity, movement parameter and the load to observe the change of the vibration, what's more, similar experiment data had proved the validity of this model. At last, we optimize the continuous miner for the sake of the minimum vibration, thus the model are useful to the continuous miner design especially to dynamic design.
