The real-time controlled injection system of die-casting machine is considered as the main subject investigated. The simulation model is built. And the simulation platform is developmented. The influence of parameters on performance of the system is analysed. Some reference is provided for the design of the system. Aiming at the exsiting problems in application, the optimum scheme is put forward to solve it. And the scheme is verified by simulation and test. A theoretical, simulation and test study on the control strategy on the real-time controlled injection system is conducted.In chapter 1, the following items are overviewed firstly. The classification and development of die-casting machine; the development history and present state of the electro-hydraulic control system of die-casting machine; the development of hydraulical simulation. Based on these overviews, the research background, significance, contents and means of the project are explicated.In chapter 2, the models of the main components-accumulator(piston acumulator), directional control valve, proportional throttle valve , and load are built in both frequency domain and time domain. Based on the models of the components, the models of the real-time controlled injection system of die-casting machine are built in both frequency domain and time domain.In chapter 3, the influence of adjustable parameters on the static and dynamic characters of the real-time controlled injection system of die-casting machine is researched by simulation. The start-up striking problem of the real-time controlled injection system of die-casting machine is reappeared during the simulation process. Aiming at the problem, the optimum scheme is put forward to solve it. The scheme is verified by simulation and test.In chapter 4, a theoretical, simulation and test study on the the control strategy on the speed control system of die-casting machine is conducted. The control strategy adapted to the speed control system of die-casting machine is put forward.In chapter 5, all of achievements of the dissertation are summarized and the further research work, which will be done, is put forward.
