With rapid development of livestock breeding industry, animal dung pollution is increasingly serious. It doesn’t only endanger ecotope, but also brings great threat to people’s health. Animal dung has a large quantity of organic waste, if which can be utilized properly, it will be a valuable organic material resource. Microorganism mixed fungicide contains a large quantity of function cultures, which can degrade animal dung effectively and be good for reducing environmental pollution, repairing agroecological environment and realizing good ecological cycle of energy conservation, discharge reduction and turning waste into wealth. The research purpose of this paper is to measure the change of temperature, water content and pH during processing animal bung through various microorganism mixed fungicides, detect the content of organic matter, N, P and K in the faeces fermentation substrate after processing and its impact on seed growth so as to determine the optimal leavening agent to process animal dung.Firstly, it optimizes the preparation condition of microorganism solid fungicide and determines optimal inoculums size and optimal mixing time of different microorganism solid fungicides through measuring viable count change of solid fungicide on different conditions. Then, it mixes multiple microorganism fungicides into organic fertilizer leavening agent as per the lab design recipe and process fresh animal dung together with market sold leavening agent. Next, observe and measure the change of temperature, water content and pH during disposing dunghill and leavening process, detect the content of organic matter, N, P and K in the faeces fermentation substrate after processing and its impact on seed growth so as to determine the optimal leavening agent to process animal dung. The experiment determines the optimum preparation condition of microorganism fungicide preliminarily:(1) in the aspect of bacteria leavening agent preparation, 20% inoculums size is good for bacteria ferment cultivation;(2) in the aspect of saccharomycetes leavening agent preparation, 30% inoculums size is good for saccharomycetes ferment cultivation. During fermentation process, mixing once every 2d can improve saccharomycetes growth;(3) in the aspect of mould leavening agent preparation, 20% inoculums size is good for mould ferment cultivation. During fermentation process, mixing once every 2d can improve mould growth.According to leavening agent experiment, we get that chicken manure degradation cycle time processed by chicken manure organic fertilizer leavening agent C3 and C4 is 18 d. After the end of fermentation, the water content is about 30%, which is lower than other processing method and has no impact on rapeseed sprout rate, but also can promote the its growth. Total viable count in leavening agent are 3.46×1010cfu /g、6.15×1010cfu /g, the organic content in the chicken manure organic fertilizer produced are measured to be 86.62%、85.17%, total content of N, P and K are8.85%、8.22%, all conforming to national standard.Pig manure degradation cycle time processed by pig manure organic fertilizer leavening agent P1 and P5 is 24 d. After the end of fermentation, the water content of dunghill is lower than 30% and has no impact on the sprout and growth of rapeseed, but also can promote its growth.Total viable count in leavening agent are3.52×1010cfu /g、2.75×1010cfu /g, the organic content in the pig manure organic fertilizer produced are measured to be57.45%、64.53% and total content of N, P and K are 11.0%、9.2%, all conforming to national standard. To sum up, the optimum chicken manure organic fertilizer leavening agent recipe is C3 and C4 and the optimum pig manure organic fertilizer leavening agent recipe is P1 and P5.
