The ceramics tunnel kiln stove is the key equipment of the ceramics production, an advanced kiln stove usually includes the burnable technique, material technique, the energy saving technique, information processing technique, the automatic control technique...etc. This article gives a net settlement for the ceramic production control system which is based on HSE fieldbus technique and establishes the ceramic stove HSE control system. This control system can resolve the information isolated island problem for the traditional ceramic control system.What this article has done includes the preliminary researching about the HSE fieldbus application in ceramic stove control and the designing about the control net.In this article we establish the control strategy and finish the system configuration.This article gives a HSE fieldbus implementation for the ceramic control system.It resolved the control problems because of craft complications, the I/O order number dispersion, the diverse equipments type, the high control coordination.The structure of the whole control system is clear and has the definite function.It also embodies the distributed control thought which is based on distributed control and centralized management.This control system shows the all-digital communication,highly opening up,interoperability,interchangeability of the HSE fieldbus control system.This article includes:1. According to the characteristics of a kiln ceramics control, to do a research about all kinds of FCS and Ethernet technique and theirs characteristics to choose a control technique which is suitable for ceramic kiln control, and then we have to learn about the temperature control system, pressure and atmosphere control the system.Based on the preparation ,we have to confirm about the control system.2. Carry on the research about the control system that this article sets up.To choose the intelligence equipments that the control system needs to use, realize the system collection. 3. Make use of the system of NI to carry on a configuration of the control system.4. Make use of the software of MCGS to finish the design of the supervision and control interface.By setting up a ceramics kiln control system, this article gets a conclusion:1. The high-speed ethernet fieldbus is very suitable for the process control, it is developed specially for the processing control. The fieldbus instruments that matches the FF agreement standard is embedded the controls function blocks, we can use the instruments to constitute the integrity directly control circle,and it is so convenient and credible2. Although a ceramics kiln control system includes various complicated control system, high-speed ethernet contains various functions blocks which can be provided as choice, the function blocks include FID, PID, EPID and a APID, can be competent the control mission of the system, and carry out the way simple, can carry out the redundancy control, and the system's credibility will raise greatly.3. The foundation existing function blocks seem to be not enough vivid in the program control.There is no specialized integral function block to produce the given value curve, although the PID function block has the integral function, its main function is to control and can't realize the anti- toward integral vividly.The experiment certificates that a ceramics kiln control system which is setted up by a high-speed Ethernet has a simple structure,and this system has a credible function and realize a high step in the system constitution and instrument maintenance.Because of the high speed of HSE, it is possible to deliver a great deal of information to make, these informations are not only the spots data, but also including the quantity of the data ( the number of Bad can't use: the number of Uncertain is bad slightly in normal, but can still use; the number of Good is good) it maket check and maintenance for the system more conveniently.
