The Research Of Embedded Ethernet And Its Application In The Fan Monitoring System

Mine main fan is an important mine ventilation system ground facilities, the daily recording and monitoring of parameters is particularly important, therefore to strengthen the work of fan state controls, the establishment of a main fan parameter monitoring devices is necessary. In recent years, with the communications technology, the rapid development of network technology, embedded systems and internet technology, are widely used to provide remote monitoring of the implementation of new means and methods.In this paper, the hardware and software of embedded ethernet are studied and are used in fans parameter monitoring system. The S3C2440 processor core design, its external circuit including NOR FLASH memory, SDRAM, TFT color LCD display and DM9000 Ethernet interfaces, sensor data acquisition section and so on, supplemented by power supply circuit to complete the system hardware design.The embedded real-time operating system eCos'characteristics, structure and porting method on ARM platform are studied, and eCos is ported to S3C2440 platform including the driver of serial, NOR FLASH, ethernet interface, and TFT liquid crystal display. On this basis, the internal TCP/IP protocol stack of eCos is used to achieve TCP/IP protocol function and then GoAhead embedded WEB server is ported and tested base on this protocol stack.Finally,Application is designed for the fan parameter monitoring system to achieve the functions like sensor data terminal display and WEB control.The design sought to similar systems for research and development of a practical, low-cost fan parameter monitoring system to provide a feasible option to meet the needs of coal mine safety production.
