With the rapid development of China’s industry, the increasing competition between enterprises. Inorder to win the market competition, companies need to constantly improve production efficiency, reduceproduction costs, improve product quality. CNC equipment is often obsolete machinery processingenterprises are based on the traditional closed-end CNC system, there is a poor compatibility, it is difficultto expand, low accuracy, low efficiency and many other shortcomings. In order to improve productionefficiency and product quality, more and more enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprisesfrom economic considerations, modification or replacement of the existing backward CNC equipment tomeet production requirements.This article is based on the market demand, research, study and design of a simple structure, completefunctions on open CNC system through the factory. The system includes both hardware and software, thehardware part of the industrial PC-based, closed-loop GTS-400-PV digital motion controller as the coredual-CPU structure of open CNC system, servo drives and AC servo motor, etc. the structure of thehardware system, hardware system development taking into account the economy and practicality, withbroad market prospects.Software architecture design, Visual Basic as development tools, API function call motion controllerCNC system software design. In the software design process, the use of mdularization, the systemsoftware is divided into a plurality of functional modules, the main module controller parameter settingmodule, file management module, display module status information, track display module in order toimprove the functionality of the software, but also design, such as emergency stop, single-axis jog, manualoperation, and many other functional modules. Establish a platform based on the analysis of the basictheory and commonly used algorithm of PID control, PID regulator in Motion Control applications.
