In recent years,environmental protection issues are increasingly put on the agenda,and more and more industries are gradually developing in the direction of sustainable and renewable.Lotus stems are regarded as agricultural wastes because they are not widely developed and utilized.However,it has been found that lotus fibers in Lotus stems,as a new type of natural cellulose,can not only be used to make gauze,tourniquet and suture in medicine,but also can be used to make clothes in textile industry,which has great economic and application value.At present,the preparation of lotus fiber mainly includes chemical method and artificial method,which can not meet the needs of industrial production due to the pollution and the efficiency of artificial drawing.Therefore,it is of great significance to study what drawing method is used,how to extract lotus fiber quickly and effectively,and how to realize the automatic drawing of lotus fiber.This paper mainly studies the automatic control system of the lotus pole drawing machine.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the movement of each mechanism,the technological process and the system index of the lotus pole drawing machine,studies the control system of the lotus pole drawing machine,and designs the related control subsystem,including the transmission subsystem,the fixed subsystem,the cutting subsystem,the breaking subsystem,the drawing subsystem and the fiber taking subsystem;(2)The hardware system of the control system is designed,including the selection of sensor,motor,control card,driver,limit switch,the design of port definition and hardware connection;(3)On the basis of the hardware platform,the software of the control system is designed.The general frame of the control system of the drawing machine is constructed,the control subsystem software is written in C + +,the human-computer interface of the control system of the lotus pole drawing machine is designed by QT,and the information transfer between the upper computer and the lower computer is realized;(4)Based on the completion of software and hardware,the software and human-computer interface of the control system of the lotus pole drawing machine are tested.
