Numerical control technology is on basic and kernel ground. With the modern manufacture system integrated, colligated and intelligentized, especial the computer tochnology development and dissemination, studying the new generation numerical control and dynamics control technology is significant and practical.The writer based on the current situation of domestic punch machining, combining the programming technology with computer control technology of numerical control, this paper studies the key technologies of the PC-based CAM/CNC Integrative software System and implement a punch system. The results are as follows:This paper investigated the needs of a Turret Punch Press system, designed the mainframe of the system with OOP technology. Accordding to the process of NC punch, the system included many special functions. Using the OpenGL technology to support the display madule, the system can simulate the process of punching, and have the function of real-time monitoring of the process.The punch die matching method and the generation of cutter tip center are studied. Using the information of the tool base, the system can match the punch die directly. Based on the C function cutter radius compensation, this thesis put forword a method to generate the cutter tip center of some anomaly contour automaticly. We researched the technology of tool path optimaize of hole machining.Implemented two traditional path-optimization methods, and referenced from the intelligent optimization of TSP, the system optimized the tool path with genetic algorithm.The structure of PC-Controller control mode of CNC system was studied, and we also analysised the characteristics of NC punch control. The system chose a control board with chip MCX314 for the hardware, implemented the control module through PCI bus, finally compeleted the software interface of the control board.
