Research On Key Technology Of Board CAM For CNC Turret Punch

With the development of computer technology, CAD/CAM system has been widely used in manufacture engineering, which leads an essential revolution of product design and manufacture. Nowadays many integrated CAD/CAM systems available, such as UG,,PRO/E, etc. are powerful but expensive unexceptionally. And the independent systems of CAD and CAM are often adopted in most of the enterprises, whose obvious weakness is that the automatic information communication among the systems cannot be realized.Numerical control turret punch press(NCT) is the pressure processing equipment,machining various sheet metals, sheet metal processing punch hole on board and brief stretch forming,used widely in board machining industry. At present,the abroad CAD/CAM system is widely applied to NCT,but in the domestic,there is no such independent CAD/CAM software system. So,it is necessary to Independently develop such a set of intelligent system.According to punch techniques, to sheet punching CNC machining applications in the background, the paper main studied the key technology of board CAM system. In the course of developing the system of graphic simulating manufacturing, VC++ is the most used tool and the OpenGL is the most used technology. The purpose of theoretical study is implementation graphics.The primary elements of AutoCAD drawing, such as hole series, can be extracted automatically. We can also draw in the system. The extracted hole-series can be used to obtain the NC process programs. So that the reliability and accuracy of the data can be ensured, and the programming efficiency can be improved as well.Through a variety of interconnect parts of NC programming and machining practice,it verified the theory of the key technology have very fine feasibility.It could provide the oretical support of the subsequent sheet CAM system development.
