Study On Water Resource And Water Environment Problem Of Ruoergai Wetland

Ruoergai alpine wetland is the important source water of the upper reaches of the Yellow River. It have many functions such as regulating surface flows, purifying water quality, bio-diversity protection, water and soil conservation, controlling land desertification, regulating regional climate and fixing carbon, etc. Because the influence of the global climate warming, tectonic movement and the human activities, which makes the wetland ecosystem of Ruoergai destroyed seriously and causes a series of serious water environment problems, which has caused serious threat to ecological environment of Ruoergai plateau. So, carry on research to the water environment problem in this area has theoretical and practical importance.Based on the hydrological data of the studying area, this paper applies statistics to study temporal-spatial distribution pattern of water resource,present situation,existing problem and influence factor of water environment. The result shows that in recent years in the studying area the grassland has degenerated, the land has desertificated, the function of water-source conservation has weakened, the wetland area has withered, the biodiversity has declined sharply, the peat resources has been destroyed, the organic pollution of marsh is becoming more serious, many kinds of ecological functions of marsh wetland are dropping obviously. As a result of deterioration of regional water environment, these are the main reasons such as global climate becomes warm, rainfall reduces, overgrazing, dredge marsh and exploiting peat resources unreasonably.In view of the water environment existing problems, this paper has proposed puts forward a series of prevention measures and suggestions such as strengthening propagation and education, improving people's water environmental protection consciousness, improving the sewage treatment facilities, strengthening water pollution government, setting up sound wetland water environmental monitoring system, enforcing the law strictly and strengthen management,increasing the fund input which protects the wetland and so on.
