Study On The Extraction Of Toosendanin From Natural Azadirach

The process of the poaching extraction, the soxhlet extraction, the microwave-assisted extraction and the ultrasonic-assisted extraction to extract toosendanin from azadirach were studied in this thesis. Some factors affecting toosendanin extraction rate were discussed, and the extraction condition were optimized.The results showed that the extraction rate by poaching extraction was 0.960% under the condition of n-Butanol as extraction solvent, 70℃, extraction four recycle and extraction time 40 min.The extraction rate by soxhlet extraction was 1.587% under the condition of the ratio of liquid to solid 15 mL/g, 70% ethanol, extraction time 3 h and 50mL thyl acetate extracting for 18h.By microwave-assisted extraction was 1.105% under the condition of 75% ethanol as solvent, microwave power 296 W, the ratio of liquid to solid 10 mL/g, radiation 10 min before extraction, extraction three recycle and extraction time 3 min.By ultrasonic-assisted extraction was 1.035% under the condition of 75% ethanol as solvent, the ratio of liquid to solid 10 mL/g and ultrasonic 40 min×4 times.Stability test and grade evaluation of the emulsion obtained from toosendanin were investigated. The result showed that the performance of 10%～40% emulsifier was better than that of others.
