Research On The Appraisal And Improvement Countermeasure Of The Core Competitiveness Of Tongling Chemical Industrial Group

With continuous development of China's economy, especially since China's entering into WTO, the competition of China's chemical industry market has become more and more furious. Therefore, how to improve the managerial level and the competitiveness of an enterprise so as to make China's enterprises better market oriented and advance towards the international market is a topic deserving us to make deepened study on.In this paper, firstly, the author summarizes the basic theories of the core competitiveness, and under the guidance of these theories, analyzes the present situation of core competitiveness of our chemical industrial enterprises. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the merits and defects of the existing competitiveness evaluation index system, with combination of the practice of Tongling Chemical Industrial Group (TCIG) , the paper puts forward a competitiveness evaluation index system which is suitable to the characteristics of TCIG. Then, the paper analyzes and summarizes the factors influenced the core competitiveness of the enterprise, uses AHP method to establish the evaluation model of core competitiveness of the enterprise, and uses this model to evaluate the core competitiveness of TCIG. Lastly, according to the evaluation results, the paper studies the countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of TCIG from the aspects of establishing development strategy of competitiveness oriented, enhancing innovation ability to keep the competition advantage in long term and so on.
