Guizhou Xiuwen Pharmaceutical Industrial Park Competitiveness

The competitiveness of an industrial estate, in essence, reflects the integrated strength in competition compare with the similar areas both here and abroad. The determinant facts of area competitiveness refer to five aspects as below: the location superiority made by geographic position and natural resource; the system supply superiority made by the public administration level and the service efficiency of the local government; the group superiority made by corporations and industrial groups connected with each other; the industrial structure superiority made by technology and human resource accumulation; the social development environment superiority made by historical and cultural tradition and political structure.Guizhou ,Xiuwen medicine industrial estate locates at western developing area ,and it's low in productivity and competitiveness. By contrast analysis , this article attempts to find out the superiority' and inferiority in development , probes into the important functions of area characteristic industrial groups in improving competitiveness of the park. And tries to orient the main industry and core competition of the park. Responsing to how to improve the competitiveness ,this article puts forward some ideas in four aspects—developing local characteristic industrial groups, cultivating innovation systems,building Eco-industrial estate, and regulating the government behavior.
