The polyolefin material has overflow price, good mechanical performance, stable thermal properties, a big the scope of the adjustment of crystallization, fine processability, good the security and stability, circulative utilization and so on, is widely applies to the industry and agriculture, the hygiene, the scientific research, the military affairs and the daily life and so on.Function and modification is the development tendency of polyolefin material in recent years。The volume resistivity of PE reached as high as 1016~1020?·㎝,static electricity was produced by PE so easy that much harm were created, so preparing antistatic PE material can solve the problem. HDPE/graphite/metasilicate fiber antistatic material and HDPE/PE-g-PEG/metasilicate fiber antistatic material were prepared by melting blending technics according to different theories. The influence of various components in the antistatic compounds on mechanical performance and antistatic performance were studied. The main content is:(1)HDPE/graphite/metasilicate fiber anti-static composite was prepared with double-screw extruder. The research indicated that, dispersed state of graphite could be effectively improved by PE-g-MAH, binging force of the interface between graphite and resin could be strengthened. Volume resistivity of the material could be reduced by the flake graphite, and tensile-strength of the material could be enhanced by the flake graphite. Tensile strength of the material could be enhanced greatly by the metasilicate fiber. The technics that grinding first could help to improve the dispersed state of graphite and reduce the dosage of graphite in antistatic composite.(2)HDPE/PE-g-PEG/metasilicate fiber anti-static composite was prepared with double-screw extruder. The volume resistivity and the surface resistivity can be reduced availably by PE-g-PEG as a polymer permanent anti-static agent prepared with double-screw-extruder firstly. Synchronously, the other performances did not be influenced, but effect of anti-static material mattered with the environment humidity in certain degree.
