3,6-diamino-S-tetrazine-1,4-dioxide crystal (LAX112) was synthesised directly and crystallized by solvent and non-solvent method, Boron was coated by oxidizer, fluoropolymer and explosives and their properties were tested, explosive performance of representative composite explosive based on LAX112 were calculated, composite explosive based on LAX112 were preparated and their sensitivity, detonation velocity and detonation pressure were obtained.In our lab, direct scale-up of the synthesis of LAX112 and method of solvent and non-solvent method were studied. The scale-up were performanced at the 40g and 10g, 500g and 100g were synthesised totally. Factors of scale-up of synthesis and re-crystallizing were discussed, microstructure and sensitivity of products were tested.Boron was coated by fluoropolymer, oxidizer and explosives through depositing and eutecticing. Through analysing their microstructure and thermal deposition characteriazation, we find that boron coated has better surface property and former, greater decomposition.The theoretical explosion performance of explosives based on LAX112 was studied by VLW EOS, the sensitivity, detonation velocity and detonation pressure of the explosives were tested. Moreover, the explosion performance was predicted.
