The Phase relationship in the Dy-Fe-Sb ternary system at 773K hasbeen investigated mainly by X-ray powder diffraction in this work. The sectionconsists of eleven single-phase regions, twenty-two two-phase regions andeleven three-phase regions. The eleven single-phase regions are:α(Dy),β(Fe2Dy),γ(Fe3Dy),δ(Fe23Dy6),ε(Fe17Dy2),ζ(Fe),η(FeSb),θ(FeSb2),ι(Sb),κ(DySb),λ(Dy5Sb3)and (FeDy6Sb2).The twenty-two two-phase regions are:α+β,β+γ,γ+δ,δ+ε,ε+ζ,ζ+η,η+θ,θ+ι,ι+κ,κ+λ,λ+α,μ+α,μ+λ,μ+β,β+λ,λ+γ,γ+κ,κ+δ,κ+ε,κ+ζ,κ+ηandκ+θ.The eleven three-phase regions are:α+β+μ,α+λ+μ,β+λ+μ,β+λ+γ,λ+γ+κ,λ+κ+δ,κ+δ+ε,κ+ε+ζ,κ+ζ+η,κ+η+θandκ+θ+ι.The existence of eight binary compounds and one ternary compoundwas conformed in this system. The compound Dy4Sb3 was unstable at 773K.
