In the concave board printing control system, the tension controlling is an extremely important link, the quality of tension controlling will directly influences products' qualities and the level of industry's production efficiency. With the development of the society and new technology, there are more and more demand to the precise of the concave board printing control system. There are many defects in the traditional printing tension control system, which adopts CCS. In order to fit characteristic of the concave board printing tension control system, this thesis puts forward LonWorks bus technology to replace CCS. It has improved the dependability of the control system of tension, reduce the risk .It also achieve the target of concentrating on controlling and total digitalization.Acorrding to the demands of concave board printing control system, this thesis put forward the design of LonWorks controlling node. In the hardware design, it has finished LonWorks controlling node's development, it adopts the high-speed SCM C8051F020 as main processor, which has the kernel of CIP-51, combine the neuron chip Neuron 3150 , Ethernet controller RTL8019AS,it realized that print systematic's tension controlling on the basis of LonWorks bus technology. In the software design, it is not only realized concentrating on controlling in the article, but also exchange LonWorks's data with Ethernet data, cooperating with date process program and relative software programming. It has the functions of remote surveillance and high sharing of information. It also reduce the control station's burden.In the LonWorks bus technology field, this thesis has carried on positive exploration, it also introduces print system and its relations. It has accumulated helpful experience, the control system developement of this thesis may have certain reference value to the technology alteration and intelligent level development.
