Winding tension control is widely used in papermaking,textile and other industries.The production of steel strip wound prestressed mold is an important tension control application.The distribution of prestressing force is guaranteed and the service life of die products is improved by stably and accurately controlling the tension of coil.Winding tension control system is a complex control system with multi-variable,time-varying,multi-interference and strong coupling.Tension vibration is caused by radius change and coil material in the process of die winding,which affects the quality of product processing.Therefore,the research on control strategy of winding tension control system has important theoretical significance and application value for improving the control performance of winding tension.In this paper,the production of prestressing die for steel strip winding is taken as the research object.The control strategy of winding tension control system is studied to inhibit the tension vibration and improve the control performance of tension.The main research work is as follows:Theoretical study on control of winding tension control system.Aiming at the application of steel strip winding prestressed die production,the structure of double motor winding tension control system is adopted,and the principle of winding tension is analyzed,especially the influencing factors of tension vibration problem are analyzed.A winding tension control system dynamic mathematical model of the winding part and the unwinding part is established.Control strategy of winding tension control system is studied.The control strategy of the starting and stopping sequence of the winding motor based on threshold switching is proposed by analyzing the tension requirement of the prestressed die of steel strip winding.The winding side adopts a constant surface speed closed-loop control strategy.And the unwinding side adopts a tension closed-loop control strategy.The control algorithm of the unwinding side tension controller and the winding side speed controller is proposed by analyzing and comparing several control algorithms of tension control system controller.Simulation research on control strategy of winding tension control system.The Matlab/Simulink was used to simulate the double structure winding tension control system.The simulation experiments of the system operation control performance of the winding side speed controller and the unwinding side tension controller adopt different control algorithms are carried out respectively,especially the simulation experiments compares their inhibition effects on tension vibration are carried out.In order to inhibit the tension vibration,the tension integral separation fuzzy PID control strategy is proposed and the control system is designed.The integral separation fuzzy PID control algorithm of tension is proposed,and the tension controller of integral separation fuzzy PID is designed by combining the advantages of fuzzy control and integral separation PID control.Aiming at the two control requirements of constant tension and variable tension of steel strip winding prestressed die and considering the winding radius disturbance factor,the simulation experiment of integral separation fuzzy PID tension control system is carried out.The simulation results are compared and analyzed,it is verified that the strategy has a good inhibitory effect on tension vibration.Finally,the hardware and software design of PLC monitoring system was completed by relying on the pre-stressed die winding test platform of steel strip.
