Measurement And Correlation Analysis Of Each Factor On Safety Culture Of Mine Enterprise Workers

Mining enterprises are the pillar industries of the national economy and the enterprises with frequent accidents.In recent years,the state has adopted a series of comprehensive measures to effectively contain major safety accidents,but small casualties still occur from time to time.Studies have shown that about 85% of accidents in the mine sector are caused by unsafe behavior of employees,and the safety and cultural quality of employees is an important aspect that determines the unsafe behavior of employees.Therefore,effectively adopting a targeted safety culture strategy is an important part of the safety culture construction of mining enterprises.Based on the theoretical basis of workers' safety culture in mining enterprises,the paper analyzes the relevant information about the safety culture construction of mine employees,and puts forward five components of the safety culture of mine employees.The employees of a mining enterprise in Tangshan area were selected as research objects.The questionnaires were collected by online questionnaire and paper questionnaire.A total of 216 questionnaires were distributed and 197 valid questionnaires were obtained.The true and effective recovery rate reached 91.2%.Under the condition of reliability analysis and test of data,the difference analysis of the background variables of the scale was carried out by SPSS to analyze the ties between the elements.The AMOS method was used to conduct a confirmatory factor analysis on the correlation between the components of employee safety culture.The data can be analyzed in the next step after reliability analysis and testing.The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicate that the research hypothesis H1-H7 is established,and the values have the greatest impact on the behavior patterns of employees.The fuzzy evaluation method is used to calculate the safety culture index.The results show that the overall safety level of employees in mining enterprises is good;unmarried employees are smaller than married employees;the safety culture index of employees is a process of decreasing first and then increasing;the higher the education level of employees The corresponding safety culture index is larger.Figure11;Table51;Reference 67.
