The Study On The Construction Of Safety Culture In Enterprises Of Coal Industry

Although Safety culture starts late in China's coal industry enterprise and the overall safety production situation has improved in recent years,there are still many unlucky accident. Safety culture construction is a great system engineering, and its ultimate goal is to realize safety management which are people-oriented .Firstly ,This paper introduces the origin and development of safety culture, at the same time introduces and analyzes the classical cases in safety culture construction of excellent enterprises home and aboard. Secondly, it introduces the development and current situation of safety culture construction ,and analyses the existing safety production problems in China's coal enterprises. According to them , it is necessary that our coal enterprises should establish systematic safety culture .The paper takes Zhaozhuang coal mine No.2 well of Jincheng Coal Mining Group as an example .Firstly, it introduces the basic situation of the enterprise, then introduces the basic ideas and the specific construction conditions of safety culture system in this enterprise . Combined with national standard raising AQ/T9005-2008 " evaluation criteria of enterprise safetyculture construction ," according to 145 level 3 indicators in the standard ,the paper sets a questionnaire and gets the score of the level 3 indicators by quantitative way , and then calculates the evaluation scores of safety culture in this enterprise by the corresponding equation. Finally ,according to the scores, we can learn what level the construction condition lies in and what aspects we should improve .Construction of safety culture in enterprise is, in essence, to prevent accidents and ensure safety production and improve economic efficiency, which can make the enterprise develop in a long term.
