In the craft of zinc-alloy production, in order to remove the oxide compound on the surface of zinc-alloy molten liquid which formated under the high temperature condition, we can join the ammonium chloride to slag, which can destruct the oxide compound and enhance the purity of zinc-alloy production. But the ammonium chloride will dissociate immediately into the hydrogen chloride and ammonia under the high temperature of 400-600℃, along with the haze temperature reducing, the hydrogen chloride and ammonia will formation extremely small ammonium chloride particles again, and assumes the thick white smoke made grave air-pollution. The present treatment technologies which have some defects,which have efficiency so low that cannot achieve discharges the request.In view of the characteristic both includes the particle pollutant and the gaseous pollutant in the zinc-alloy white smoke, this paper puts forward a new viewpoint that processing zinc-alloy white smoke with the packed tower.According to the nature of pollutant, inspected 5 kind absorbents which is pure water, surfactant solution, acidic absorption solution, alkalinity absorption solution and alkalinity absorption solution contains the metallic ion. Discovered through the experiment, higher efficiency can be obtained when absorbent is alkazid solution contains the zinc ion, the processing efficiency of ammonium chloride, hydrogen chloride and ammonia, respectively achieves 95.7%, 95.4% and 65.1%.At the same time, considered that higher efficiency could be requested in the industrial application, we also inspected the application situation of air-blast atomizer in the craft, the experiment discovered that the efficiency of ammonium chloride, hydrogen chloride and ammonia removal achieved 99.1%, 98.0% and 67.4%, when absorbent is alkazid solution contain the zinc ion and use the air-blast atomizer, the usingof atomizer could remarkably promote the treatment of zinc-alloy white smoke.According to experimental result in the laboratory, we have also carried on the expansion experiment in the industrial process, and has introduced the vapor dedust technology, increased the quantity of air-blast atomizers.We inspected the influence to zinc-alloy white smoke in 4 kind of different applications situations of the vapor and atomization spraying water. When the vapor opens completely and the hydraulic pressure is 0.14Mpa, the discharge concentration of ammonium chloride, hydrogen chloride and ammonia is lower, respectively is 117.64 mg/ m3, 9.6 mg/ m3 and 1.65 mg/ m3.If the hydraulic pressure continue to increase, we can obtain a better effect, but use a lower vapor and hydraulic pressure considering the economic agent. The experiment discovered that the using of vapor quantity and air-blast atomizers can enhance the efficiency of ammonium chloride removal, but when vapor quantity is big enough will reduce treatment effects of hydrogen chloride and ammonia.Aimed at the actual situation, the theory and method of this research is easy to promote, which has the important practical significance to treatmenting the zinc-alloy white smoke, will have the very good application prospect certainly.
