鈽匱he hydrolytic stability of several representative engine oil detergents, overbased calcium alkylbenzensulfonate, calcium alkyl salicylate, overbased sulfurized calcium alkyl phenolate are systemic researched in this paper.鈽匘etergents such as overbased calcium alkylbenzensulfonate, calcium alkyl salicylate, overbased sulfurized calcium alkyl phenolate are dispersed in oil by colloid particle, composed of external surfactant and inner core, Ca(OH)2/CaC03.When existing water, colloid particle will be changed by colliding with w/o microemulsion droplet. After stirring, separated oil phase and water phase will be analysed by using FT-IR銆?SEM銆両CP銆丠FRR銆?TG |PDSC method to reach the intention that investigating the hydrolytic stability of detergents.鈽匜rom these rearch, we found the effect of stirring time, totate speed, temperature and quantity of water on detergents hydrolytic stability is obvious when existing water. By using FT-IR, we found there are some organism abound in separated water phase, and this may be caused by detergents hydrolytic. From rearch on the mechanism of base decreasing, we found the one reason of base decreasing is transfer of base from a colloid particle to an w/o microemulsion droplet during stirring, another is secondary collision take place between colloid particles after colliding with w/o microemulsion droplet. we also found the water can make some detergent functions worse in different extent such as detergency, anti-friction, anti-oxidation and inhibit-rust.
