| The concept of sustainable development has been widely identified in the world since its birth. Research about sustainable development is in the ascendant and eco-economic regionalization is considered an effect way to harmonize the relationship between man and nature to achieve the regional sustainable development, After the research of comprehensive analysis of eco-economic elements, the intensity of man's activity and the characteristics of economic indexes as well as their combination, the work of eco-economic regionalization is to zone the studied region into several zones of eco-economic function with distribution relatively connective in territory and reveals the harmony condition of different zones compared with their or outer space and provide proof of decision-making for regional sustainable development and integrated land consolidation.Dongting lake region, a very important economic region of Hunan province with rapid economic growth since reform and opening policy was carried out, is experiencing a series of prominent environmental problems such as badly agricultural environmental problem especially water pollution for the reasons such as unharmonious relationships among people, land and water. So it is significant meaning for the sustainable development and the harmony of the economic development and environmental protection and man-land relationship in Dongting lake region to carry out eco-economic regionalization. On the basis of present concept and method about eco-economic regionalization for reference and adoption of documental,qualitative, quantitative measures as well as the research on the eco-economic condition of Dongting lake region, this article chooses 24 indexes comprising economic, social and eco-environmental factors and utilizes SPSS software to carry out principal factor and cluster analysis to get the primary regionalization outcome. In combination of the real condition of Dongting lake region, this paper adjusts the primary regionalization qualitatively and gets four eco-economic zones which are central urban eco-economic zone,low mountain and hill of surrounded Dongting lake zone,central hill and hillock eco- economic zone of Dongting lake region and northern plain eco-economic zone of Dongting lake region. In the end this paper gives the advice and countermeasures to the eco-economic construction of Dongting lake region. |
