The brazing sheet (foil) of aluminum alloy has perfect corrosion resistance property, it is used to various of heat exchanger with it's heat-conductive, like as radiator, motorcar air conditioner, evaporator, and so on. Whit a high added value of the brazing sheet (foil) of aluminum alloy, it is the net import production in China from 90's last century. The homebred ratio is very low, and with inferior quality, so the urgent affairs is upgrade the quantity and the quality of the brazing sheet (foil) of the aluminum alloy, and substitute the import produces.The main subject investigated in this thesis is 4004/3003/4004 brazing foil of aluminum alloy. Aim at the deformation formula during the rolling and detailed analyzing the property of braze, finally optimizing the process technology.Firstly, the compounding rolling rules of the aluminum alloy brazing foil during the hot rolling process is investigated. The cladding ratio and compound strength are studying during the hot and cold rolling process following the experiment plan which designed with the orthogonal method. Secondly, putting the hang-down resistance property of the aluminum alloy brazing foil as the primary produce quality target, analyzing the affection of the annealing process before finishing rolling, rolling ratio, the position of the specimen selection on the brazing foil, and setting down the best technical. At present, it is used in the factory producing. Thirdly, the deformation rules of the cold compounded rolling is studied, the relation between previous treatment of the billet, rolling ratio, diffused annealing and cold rolling compounded strength is analyzed, we can get the perfect cold rolling brazing foil by the best technical.
