Study On Management Of Production Safety About Construction Project In Chongqing

As the Municipality, Chongqing city has a rapidly economical growth and an expanding unceasingly scale in construction domain, meanwhile, accidents in construction domain sometimes occurred, which is an key factor to block construction healthy development. The Construction Project, as the direct front window in the construction area, as the first production site, whose safe production management will have a direct impact on the development of the construction industry levels. Therefore, it is great significance of improving Construction Project security management in the construction industry to achieve sustainable and healthy development. This is the main purpose of this dissertation.This dissertation mainly uses the combination of two methods which are questionnaire and the scene investigation construction site. According to relevant law or rule of the government, integrating security system theory and social point of studying view, we analyze the safety-in-production present situation and problems of construction in Chongqing; and then we make an evaluate ; finally basing on the "people-oriented" and point of "responsible", we propose the countermeasures to raise the safety level.Firstly, make a briefly introduction to the construction project according to the principles of safety systems engineering, and point out the differences between the Construction Project of the production elements and the traditional distinction; construction of its operating characteristics and dangerous source identification, security management and the level of safety features.Secondly, basing on statistical analysis of the survey materials and the information of the field investigation obtained, we analyze the existing problems of the Chongqing municipal construction project management of production safety, such as lacking cost of security measures civilization, low of the full-time security management staffing, low quality of employees in the program, etc. Through analysis of the 43 falls cause of the accident statistics show that indirect causes are slightly higher than the direct reason about the safety management.Finally, propose the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the Chongqing municipal construction project management of production safety of the situation according to philosophy of the "people-oriented" and "implement individual responsibility", the problem of Management of production safety is the responsibility of implementation. At present, the more and more unclear responsibility and phenomenon of un-implement about Construction Company, Building Section, Supervising Unit and Labor Service Unit lead to failing to establish a long term management of production safety mechanism truely.
