cyclohexanone is the important organic industrial chemicals. Many shortcomings exist in thetraditional synthesis methods, such as the harsh reaction conditions or the oxidant which will causethe pollution, hydrogen peroxide is the non-pollution green oxidant environment friendly, and haspowerful oxidization and high selectivity. The green oxidation technology taking hydrogen peroxidesolution as the oxidant has a broad application prospect. The reactions of oxidizing cyclohexanol or cyclohexane to cyclohexanone by hydrogen peroxidewere studied in this paper. The optimal reaction system and conditions were determined byinvestigating catalystic performance of screening catalyst or self-made catalyst. The results shows:(1)In the reaction of oxidizing cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone by hydrogen peroxide, it can increase theyield of cyclohexanone obviously by adding assistant acid into the system that sodium tungstate as themain catalyst. At the condition: cyclohexanol of 2mL, sodium tungstate of 1.2mmol, HPA-2 of0.12mmol, 30%hydrogen peroxide of 2.5mL, the reaction temperature of 80℃, reaction time of 6h,the yield of cyclohexanone reach 98.2%. (2)The effects of several self-made catalyst on the reactionof oxidizing cyclohexanoi to cyclohexanone by hydrogen peroxide were studied. Among all theself-made catalyst, the catalystic ability of PW-1 is best, which the yield of cyclohexanone couldreach 92.6%at the condition: cyclohexanol of 0.2mL, hydrogen peroxide of 2.5mL, PW-1 of 0.08g,the reaction temperature of 85℃, reaction time of 8h. (3)The effects of several self-made catalysts onthe reaction oxidizing cyclohexane were studied. Among all the self-made catalysts, the catalysticability of A-carrier L is best, the yield of cyclohexanone could reach 38.1%at the conditions: catalystof 0.02g, cyclohexane of 0.2mL, hydrogen peroxide of 1.5mL, the reaction temperature of 80℃,reaction time of 8h.
