It is dispensability material on country construction and people's living. Agriculture is a mainstay of the country basal construction and people's habitation improve. The improvement of productive efficiency is the objective guarantee and subjective necessary to keep economy increasing in high speed. So the extension and application in agricultural production of auto-control instrument have its indispensable effect.The dynamic weighing technology developed later in China. Compared with static weighing technology, its primary characteristic is different in data forming, noise disturbance and testing mode for different equipments or different testingobjects.The dissertation which research cement ration feed material weighing controller expatiates several primary factors in effecting packing precision and packing speed through the introduce of the development and application demand of the auto packing for cemet. This paper has accomplished the research and design work of powdery material ration packing controller with high precision and high reliability.According to the test result in the lab, ration error can be controlled below 1%, compared with the standard established by quality and technology supervises office of our country and OIML, it is advanced. The rationing rate achieve 240pcs/h (also was effected by ration value and mechanism); In addition, because there are many manual setting parameters, the system's advantage which is high-precision and high-effect can be showing fully when there are batch productions.
