The mold is the important process equipment in modern production that produces all kinds of industry products, along with the social economy development, the industry product renewal is more rapid, in the world various industries developed countries all extremely attach importance to the development of the mold technique of manufacture, use the vanguard technology and the equipment positively, raise the level of the mold manufacture.The Chinese melt mold casting has obtained the very big development, but still had the obvious disparity with the international standard. In recent years, along with the original auxiliary material, the price of the energy has risen year by year and the fine casting price falls unceasingly, the essence casting enterprises face with the stern test. Under the stern situation, the essence casting enterprises must promote the product design level diligently, innovate the products' development idea, excavate fine casting the process the superiority and the potential, reduce the production cost, enhance the enterprises' competition ability to participate in the international market.This article is about the research of the precision casting profiling manufacture process, not only may achieve to enhance the market competitive power of the precision casting enterprises, but also may enhance production efficiency of the mid and small mold production enterprises in the profiling. It takes research mainly through mastering processing characteristic of the carves-milling machine, choosing the design software and the mold of material, making the processing parameter and so on.By using Pro/E the design which unifies with Type3, has solved the problem that can transform the data between two kinds of software, and the NC code incompatible problem.Using 2A12 as the profiling the manufacture material, may enhance the processing efficiency and save the processing cost. Using 2A12 material which the heat conductivity is higher the profiling manufacture wax pattern, may reduce the production cycle and the thermal load distortion of the wax pattern. Because the aluminum alloy density is small, using 2A12 as the profiling material, also may reduce workers' labor intensity in production.Having research on the carves-milling machine's cutting speed, the back eats the knife quantity, the side eats processing parameters and so on knife quantity and feed rate, analyzing the different cutting specifications to the surface roughness and the processing efficiency influence rule, thus provides the science basis for the using the carves-milling machine manufacture profiling that the new manufacture process the cutting specifications.Quoting in the fast formation technology in the lamination principle, has solved this problem that the carves-milling machine processes insufficient depth, and remedied the carves-milling machine's shortcomings in processing, expanded the application scope in profiling manufacture of the carves-milling machine.Through the research of the profiling example processing in this chapter, has proven fully the feasibility of using carves-milling machine to manufacture profiling this new process.
