Computer numerical control system's reliability evaluating is one of themajor sections in Numerical Control Machining Tools. This systemconcludes many electronic devices, thus it's a particular system. So thispaper will give some solution which use Lambda—Tau methodology ofrepairable system and fuzzy sets.Using fuzzy arithmetic in the PN model can increase the flexibility forapplication to various systems and conditions. In addition, it allows the useof fewer data. The overall benefits for the methodology, however, include (1)the ability to model and deal with highly complex system, (2) the evaluationresult involve engineers and experts' opinion, (3) improve handing ofuncertainties than conventional methods.Using this reliability evaluating model, We can obtain the result ofMTBF=2042.75(h) MTTR= 4.06(h) A_i=0.9980. If we use thisevaluation method to offer repairable systems, a satisfactory result can be obtained,too.
