The thesis studies the pipeline accident of both home and aborad, hasthe risk assessment to the jiao-lai pipeline done with the method of fault tree,goes into the reason of all risk facors both with the after effect by them,andgives a applicable assessing method to the possible disfigurements ofpipeline.The main conclusions can be listed as this:1,The main reasons of the accidents of oil & gas pipelines arebasically similitude,including:demage caused by the thirdside,erosion,operation and material fault. The accidents caused by thedemage caused by the third side bear on the physics character.The bigger thediameter is,the fewer the accidents caused by it are.2,Assessing the risk of the Jiao-Lai pipeline with the fault treeanalysis(FAT),we learn that the main factors are operation and material fault,demage caused by the third side and natural damage.3,In diffrenter case,the pipeline failure probability can be quantifiedbased on fault tree analysis(FAT) or Poisson model.4,Using the R6 method to assess the plane-fault of pipeline,theacceptable conclusion can be reached with less data and simple operation.
