Research On The Impact And Evaluating Indicater System Of Jiangxi Section Beijing-Jiulong Railway's Sub-Ecological Environment

Railway is not only a tache contecting hoipolloi with contry's economy, but also a mainartery to changing the unequipoise layout of our contry's economy. China is a continental contry which has a imbalance in resource distributing and area ecolomic development. As an important vehicle, it is one of the factors to the new cities'growth, and that contributing to the development of those cities. It accelerates the development of city's dimentions, populations, economy, civilization, politics and so on.From the standpoint of the concept and connotation of the railway's sub-ecological environment, the autnor comes up with railway's sub-ecological environment evaluating indicator system after analysising the property of its impact and evaluating. All kinds of railway's sub-ecological environment evaluating indicator systems can be expressed in it after adding some character indexes which inscribe the structure and function of them.In addition, the author builds up a model of AHP-three classes fuzzy comprehensive assessment, which makes many qualitative indexs quantitative, and obtains some reasonable and scientific results. As an application, the author evaluates Jiangxi province segment of the railway which from Beijing to Jiulong. The evaluative result accords with the qualitative practical conclusion.The evaluating indicater system in this article not only can become the supplement of the environmental impact evaluating theory, but also have realistic meaning in the practice.
