The seamless steel tube has important action in the country' s econmuy construction. It has been used in many field such as oil exploitation, drill and spaceflight. The product quality is nearly correlative with the key facility-piercer. The pierer' s performance impacts on the seamless steel tube' s quality and stardard straightly. And now, the research of rolling force character is not sufficient at home and abroad, Because of the piercer's conformation is complex, then leading to working state and the analysis of suffering force are complex. So the rolling pressure and rolling moment of academic counting is far from the pratical testing.In order to increase the seamless steel tube' s quality and depress investing cost, it only depends on examination test research. Here in the paper analyzed the shew rolling piercer's rolling pressure and rolling moment at the rolling. Then use the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to do the simulation research, educe the stress of the steel tube when perforation, and compare the stress with the fact calculation.The paper used the two shew roller piercer as the example because it employed widly. Then researched the piercer' s configuration character and working process, analyzed the suffering force about important parts of piercer at roling. It educed the key parameter that affected on the piercer working state and product quality. These are therolling pressure and rolling wrest moment. The paper has done the simulation researched of therolling stress ofφ219 piercer's , using the statistics theory andcomparing to the academic counting result and the practical. Then amended the academic counting formula in allusion to the others offered. And bringed forward the relatively logical experience formula for counting rolling force. The paper offered relatively formula for piercer's designing and fabrication in the future.
