The Design Of An Embedded Control System For Pulsating Vacuum Sterilization

With the improving of the standard of living, people have paid more attention to the sterilizing effect. The pulsating vacuum sterilizer is a new kind sterilized apparatus developed in the middle of the 1990s, because of adopting the pulsating vacuum technique , it is effectual to sterilize , and apply to the hospital's supply room , operating room , pharmaceutical factory and scientific research department extensively.According to the status of sterilizer's controlling system in domestic and abroad, putting the embedded technology based on ARM into the application of sterilizer's controlling system and combined with intelligent control methods in this thesis, a new medical pulsation vacuum sterilizer controller based on LPC2210 CPU andμC/OS II RTOS is designed. With better control of temperature, pressure and time , the package materials ,appliance and so on could be sterilized quickly and effectively. This system have many functions such as parameters display, Chinese prompt, and control of long-distance by the using of Internet in the process of disinfections and sterilization.This dissertation's main contents are included as follows:(1) The hardware platform of control system based on LPC2210 is designed, including jointing and debugging of signal collection ,board main control board and output board; System have adopted a big of LCD screen, the main board have many interface circuits such as Internet, LCD, key, input and output.(2) The design of software platform of control system: including the transplant of operating system, the transplant of embedded TCP/IP stack, the design of device driver, GUI and application program.(3) The design of fuzzy controlling and the fuzzy algorithm controlling system is simulated with MATLAB and the design of program of sterilize aimed at kinds of objects.(4) By using surveillance program compiled with VC++, we can control this system via Internet of the world .The implement of this thesis have some important signification for the technology improve and the development toward international and intelligent of sterilizer of our country.
