The Influence Of Environment Ethics Development To Environmental Legislation In China

In the 21st century ,because of the issues about the environment and the natural resources ,the people had to look the relations between the environment and the society's development in the face .so, the Environment Ethics produced .This theory is a new theory , the main object of this theory is the relation between environment and the society's development.The Environment Ethics produced in the 20ty century at the western countries .so this theory influences environmental legislations of these countries, also influences legislations of the international environment .the Environment Ethics becomes a important part in these works now. At present, this theory should to influence Chinese environment legislations.In the first part of this article , I elaborate the produce and development of this theory .also elaborate the discussion of the anthropocentricism with the non- anthropocentricism .This discussion makes the Environment Ethics developed .in the second part of this article ,I mainly elaborate the influence of the Environment Ethics to the western countries environment legislation ;the influence of this theory to the international environment legislation .In the third part of this article , I elaborate the influence of the Environment Ethics to our country and check out some problems in Chinese natural resource legislation .the reason of this case is our country do not found the main meaning of the Environment Ethics.
