Research On The Reliability Design And Method System Of Frozen Wall Through Deep Surface Soil

Frozen wall is the core of freezing engineering, which strength and stability are related to success of the project and economic profits. It is always one of problems concerned in mines construction. The research on the reliability of frozen wall has important signification on theoretical study and practical application.This article introduces the status-quo of frozen wall at home and abroad, and discusses the design theory of frozen wall in detail. It discourses upon the development history, basic theory and common methods about reliability theory. Based on structural reliability, it defines the basic concepts of frozen wall reliability. It analyses every kind of influence factors on frozen wall reliability, and gains the major controlling factors, which are loads, material characteristic, geometrical characteristic and construction technology of frozen wall. It raises the basic clue of thoughts about reliability design of frozen wall, and discusses the value of reliability indexβof frozen wall. Based on strength and deformation of frozen soil, it separately establishes the limit condition equations of frozen wall, and designs and calculates the thickness of frozen wall by center point method and checking point method. It makes analysis on structural reliability of frozen wall, and gains the relation of failure probability and parameter variability of frozen wall. It works out fault tree of frozen wall, and illustrates the method and procedure of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of frozen wall by examples.Through researching on frozen wall and reliability theory, this article establishes the reliability theory of frozen wall, which makes reliability design and reliability analysis on thickness of frozen wall.
