| Transport-car with coal cutter is a new auxiliary transport facility, and it isalso a key auxiliary transport facility. At present, there is no product at home, soaccording to the fact,we design the Transport-car with coal cutter. Because wehave designed a lot of machines in behindhand methods at home before, wedesign and optimize the structure of transport-car with coal cutter usingadvanced software and method.In view of the reason, the paper has established the transport-carwith coal cutters model using the software Unigraphics, through the 'parasolide'form, the model of stator frame and track frame are inducted to the softwareRecurDYN. Because the structure is complex, the track model was rebuilt usingRecurDYN, then the simulation is done in different working conditions asfollows:①driving on the original, solid, and loose level plane-full load;②driving on the original, solid, and loose 7°incline-full load;③driving on the original, solid, and loose 7°declivity-full load;④rotating on original, solid, and loose level plane-full load;⑤turning 90°on original level plane in 5m-laneway;⑥turning 90°on original level plane in 5.5m-laneway.In the paper, the torque of left and right tracks, the rotation radius and speed when it turning 90°in 5m (5.5m)-laneway is obtained, and the resistance androtation coefficient are ascertained too. At last, the load which was got from thedynamic analysis was loaded on the transport-car with coal cutter by means ofthe Unigraphics software, we can obtain Displacement-Nodal magnitude andStress-Element Nodal, then we can optimize the structure which isunreasonable. So we can use it safely, and the materials are not wasted largely. |
