The danger of environmental retrogression is kept on guard highly in China. The study of ecological security is be coming the major foreland and task in geography, ecology, resource and environment science.From the conception and characteristics of ecological security, the basic theories and methods of ecological security is expatiated in this paper. Combining with the studying on regional ecological security, aiming at the main ecological problems in our country, we form the regional ecological security assessment index system by the PSR Concept Model from the nature, economics and society three systems.It's made an integrative evaluating of the problems about the ecological security in Ouhai district, Wenzhou, through pressure and quality, protect and renovate of resource-environment, using the comprehensive index method, we evaluate the ecological security in Ouhai district taking counties as basic unit, under the technique of AHP and GIS. we compared in landscape orientation about the ecological security estate in Ouhai district. The result indicates, that the regional heterogeneity of the security degree is distinct: west Area is the highest, East area is middling, the center of Ouhai is the lowest. Based on the actuality of the ecological security and regional heterogeneity in Ouhai, the ecological security paper expounds the countermeasures.From the comprehensive results, it brings forward the ensure about the design and construct of the ecological security, for the continuable use of the regional resource. This research production can be applied on the practice of ouhai ecological security construction,and can be used for reference for the development of the theory of other region ecological security evaluation.
